Landman: Leasing and the Oil, Gas and Mineral Lease*

This course gives an overview of the work done on leases by an Independent Landman in the oil and gas industry. One hour will be devoted to ethics for a landman in a leasing project.

The Practical Application of Petroleum Landman Procedures

Let an experienced Certified Petroleum Landman share practical wisdom about getting through the courthouse maze. This introductory course is designed for the practical application of business procedures for petroleum landmen, realtors, right-of-way agents and mineral and property owners.

Landman: The Preparation of Runsheets and Affidavits*

This class will go through the processes involved in preparing a runsheet, or list of the documents that affect the title to a tract of land, by reviewing and analyzing the various types of deeds and conveyances that are recorded in the County Clerk’s Office.
