    Job Description: Company Description Business established to market raw water to oil and gas companies, agriculture and other customers in the state of Texas. Texas H2O has the right to withdraw 2700AF (21mm bbls) of water from the Brazos River each year through 2050. The right to withdraw water along the Brazos extends from Possum Kingdom Lake to the Gulf of Mexico. What is unique about Texas H2O water is that it is under a long term water supply contract, meaning that in the event of a draught, it is unlikely the customer would experience a cut off or shortage in supply. Job Overview/Responsibilities Texas H2O is looking for an individual to take full ownership and run the business from the ground up. The candidate will be an integral part and valuable leader of Texas H2O. This includes: • Identifying optimal extraction points along the Brazos River and negotiate right of way terms with property owners • Establish relationships with E&P companies with operating rigs close to the river; o Hire and manage sales force as required • Set up the construction and equipment installation of new extraction points and manage contractors on site • Identify and hire operating partner to manage each facility and supervise them on a regular basis • Manage post construction coordination between trucking companies, property owner and pump operator • Identify needs and establish buying cycles to create long term customers • Develop sales strategies, alliances with individual trucking companies, E&P companies, service companies and landowners • Secure orders, taking into account delivery dates, truck access, pump flow rates and existing inventory levels for on-time order fulfillment • Intermediary point of contact for conflict resolution with customers, landowners, site operator and truckers • Conduct analysis of market intelligence- rig mapping, pricing, frac activity, water use for oil drilling, potential customers o Evaluate, collect data and provide information on competing water sources • Communicate objectives, target benchmarks/hurdles, and progress report to Texas H2O managers • Focus internally and with customer executives to ensure a high degree of communication, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, water availability, and truck access • Travel to rig sites, extraction points, customer offices and landowners • Promote Texas H2O in the local area through membership in industry groups, technical papers and local publications

Assist in nomination and bidding process for state sales underlying project areas. Track upcoming sales events and identify strategic tracts within project area for team to review. As necessary, secure management approval for bid and provide bidding instructions to broker. $125K + bonus (can be up to 200%, typically 25%) expense account, 401K, pension, stock options, relocation package available w/ guaranteed sale of home if needed. 6-8 weeks of vacation/year.
