Tickets are $75.00 each. Cut-off date for ticket sales is Friday, November 25 2011. Checks for tickets should be made out to ETAPL and mailed to EDEG, 2002 Sybil Lane, Tyler, Texas 75703.
This year’s party will be held on December 2, 2011 at the Cascades from 7:00 PM — 12:00 A.M. Festivities will consist of a live band, dancing, heavy hors d’oeuvre stations and access to a full cash bar. We will have a photographer on hand for pictures. There will be door prizes. SILENT AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED!
Attendees to this year’s party are not required to be a member of the ETAPL; our benefit is open to other industry-related companies and individuals.
For those wishing to make a monetary donation to the “Texas Wounded Warriors” (without the purchase of a ticket to the party), please make your check payable to TWW and mail to the address above. We are very grateful and wish to extend our thanks to all the participants who helped make our 1st Party such a success last year. We raised over $10,000! Again, this year, we are searching for companies and/or individuals that would be interested in donating to this Fund!
Here is a “Sneek Peek” at one of the Silent Auction Items A 7 Night Western Caribbean Cruise aboard the Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas. This Cruise leaves out of Galveston on Sunday, February 12, 2012, boarding at 4:30pm. With stops in Roatan, Honduras, Belize City and Cozumel. This is for two people, and this package can be upgraded by the winners. Check back for more information on other Silent Auction Items!
Raffle tickets are $25.00 each and will be available at the October and November meetings and at the Fall Seminar. You do not have to be a member of the ETAPL; tickets are public and you need not be present to win.
